PMMSI was started by medical and business professionals with over 20 years
experience in the medical billing and collection business. The founder, Susan
Forman-Hill, having an intimate knowledge of the business side of physician
offices, saw the need for increased efficiency in medical billing.

COMPANY HISTORY

In 1987 when most physician practices were working with ledger cards and hand written claim forms, Susan was a pioneer in automating the billing. She soon developed a loyal following because she recognized the essential truth with all new technologies. Along with the proper choice of system, there must be a smooth installation, training and support. Susan has never considered her work for a client to be completed or successful until the client realized the expected financial benefit. Consequently from the beginning her services also included recovery on old accounts, a specialty of PMMSI today.

In 1991, Susan introduced the option of outsourcing the billing and
collection functions as an alternative to in house billing. This was very
successful for her clients who benefited from the reduced expenses and
increased income as well as relieving the front desk from handling patient
billing questions.

In 1992, Susan began to expand the business and offer a wider menu of related services including temporary personnel coverage, start up practice services, credentialing and more.

From 1992 to the present PMMSI has continued to grow and evolve into the
regions premier medical practice partner.

Susan is a no nonsense, straight to the point individual. Her extensive
knowledge and experience, supported by a team of professionals under her
leadership, allows her to quickly identify and simplify complicated client
problems and provide straightforward solutions. Whether the client is a
large group practice with multi-departmental issues, or a single doctor
practice with coding questions, each client is given the best in professional
service.

Over the last ten years, PMMSI has earned a reputation as a rescue service
for practices experiencing serious financial difficulties due to billing
